Roy is a member of the investment team at lool ventures, having become a Principal in 2024. In his position Roy is focused on sourcing new opportunities, engaging with founders, and supporting the deal making process as well as supporting portfolio companies in their growth. Prior to joining lool Roy was an intelligence analyst at aMoon, a healthcare focused VC.

Before that, he worked closely with Blockchain Israel and help the organization build the largest Israeli blockchain community. Roy holds a BA in Business & Data Analytics from Reichman University. Through his studies Roy took part in the RU debate team, founded the RU Data Analytics Community, and the RU Football Team. Roy also served in the IDF as a medic.
